FSIModels, its ownership, and its hosting infrastructure are not based within the jurisdiction of the United States. Consequently, we do not adhere to or process removal requests pursuant to the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our operations are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based.

2. Nature of Website Content

FSIModels.com functions as an aggregator and secondary publisher of content that is created and originally distributed by third-party individuals (“Original Content Producers”). We do not produce, own, or host the content displayed. The material is indexed from publicly available sources for informational and entertainment purposes only. The legal responsibility for the content, including compliance with any applicable local laws, remains with the Original Content Producers.

We do not process DMCA takedown notices. Copyright holders who believe their content is being indexed on our Website have the following recourse:
